Trading & Payment Terms
Ordering Goods
You can order by telephone or email at any time. For smaller orders we have an eBay store. We shall acknowledge orders (generally by email) to confirm price, availability, packing and carriage charges.
Stock
Most products are stock items although quantities in our warehouse fluctuate daily. We treat all orders as ‘URGENT’ and aim to get them to you as soon as possible and within your timeframe. Please contact us anytime for current stock levels and lead times.
Payment
On receipt of an order a VAT invoice will be issued and payment can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card over the phone. Regular customers are welcome to apply for a standard 30 day credit account, please contact us for more details.
Quality Control
Our strict internal procedures ensure outgoing goods are checked/counted/packed accurately. However, any discrepancies must be reported within a day of receipt.
Cancellations
Notice of order cancellations must be made by email.
Bagging & Collating
On request we can kit & collate any of our items – we have three separate teams to call upon for large fulfilment jobs.
Returns
A re-stocking charge of 15% of the ex-works price(s) will be made at the managements discretion.
P O D’s
Proof of delivery (PODs) issued free of charge by email.
Delivery
We have a small fleet of vans for local deliveries. For anything further afield we use overnight couriers to send orders on a next day service. A range of timed deliveries and sameday services also available on request.
Published Literature & Website
For UK customers all published prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate and carriage charges where applicable.
