Artwork To Send Us:

To ensure the best possible print quality, please upload the highest quality version of your logo or artwork available.

For the best results, artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI or higher. If the file provided is not suitable for printing, our team will contact you to discuss the best way to proceed.

Unlike many online suppliers who may simply print low-quality artwork, we check every order before production to make sure your finished garments look as professional as possible.

Print Sizing:

Due to garment print areas, there are maximum size restrictions. We always aim to make your design as large and clear as possible.

The most common print size is approximately:

19–20cm wide x 25cm high

For text-based designs, please remember that the more text included, the smaller the overall print size will become. We recommend keeping designs simple, clear and easy to read.

Basic Print:

All standard orders are supplied using our standard print method, which may include a white background, white key line or single colour black print depending on your artwork.

This method provides the quickest and most cost-effective finish while preventing colour clashes when printing onto hi visibility garments.

Transparent print options may be available depending on the artwork quality supplied and may increase production times.

Artwork Proofing & Production Times:

All artwork is checked before production and a digital proof will be supplied for approval.

Proofing allows us to:

• Check your artwork quality
• Confirm the print position
• Show how your logo will appear on the hi vis garment before production begins

Once your artwork proof has been approved, production time is typically 5–7 working days plus your selected delivery option.

Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

As customised garments are made specifically for you, printed items are non-returnable unless the garment is faulty. Please see our full terms and conditions for further information.

For larger orders of 100+ garments, production times may vary depending on order size. Our team will advise you if additional production time is required.
